  Another favorite:
 Spicy Southwestern Nut Mix
 
 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
 1/4 tsp ground cumin
 1/4 tsp salt
 1 1/2 c roasted unsalted pistachio nuts
 1 1/2 c roated unsalted macadamia nuts
 1-1 1/4c pecan halves
 3 TBsp unsalted butter
 1 garlic clove, crushed
 
 Preheat over to 300
 Mix first six ingredients, set aside.
 Melt butter in 12 inch skillet over low heat. Add garlic, cook and stire 2-3 minutes. Discard garlic.
 Add mixture and stir until nuts are well coated.
 Spread mixture in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 min, stirring occasionally, or until nuts are fragrant and begin to brown.
 Cool completely. Store nuts in airtight container in refrigerator.
 Makes 16 servings.
