I agree that every dog is different. My Daisy has completely suprised us, she is 4 months and we got her two weeks ago and it has been a week since she has had an accident inside. I even left her last night for an hour to get some coffee and let her have roam of the house and she was sooo good and nothing was chewed up or any accidents.
We use a bell on a string by the door, she pulls on it when she needs to go out. My friend has a yorkie and it took her 3 months of training until she saw results, so hang in there, be persistant with the training and it will happen!
