oh i forgot to tell you.. so you go in with the numbing cream on your skin.. then they use this super cold roller thing (although you dont' feel it) that freezes you even more. then they put a gel on you and they lazer.. then the BEST part.... an ice pack
my mom thinks that my muscles hurt because i was so tense. and now that i think about it... she is right... i was incredibly tensed... which is why i hurt
