I originally bought the 4 in 1 stroller/combo from DiscountTommys on Ebay (great price) thinking it would be a fabulous option for a 2nd carseat. Unfortunately my girls hated it as a carseat. They love their Snoozer and nothing else is like one!!! They don't like being in a carrier, so we didn't need it for that and since they sleep with us, didn't use it as a bed either.
It was pretty easy to attach to the stroller base and would have been great if I could have used it for the other stuff. The one thing I didn't like about it is although the base folds up, the carrier part is kind-of bulky. It is large enough for a bigger dog, though maybe not standing up comfortably. I ended up selling it and getting a regular fold-up doggie stroller.
