If you want the same amount of lets say "stuffing" than just keep it the same. BUT if you are wanting to cut the meal in half, definitely cut it all back...otherwise, it might be too overpowering (the herbs, etc).
I normally cook the actual recipe and then freeze it in smaller portions to have on hand for later.
I save time cooking in the crockpot and then save even more time by freezing it!
I have tons of recipes.....I have been typing some on computer to make ONE big recipe binder...so just let me know if you ever want more.
