 Harnesses and Shirts/Hoodies
Hi all,
I'm curious-For those of you who use harnesses and dress their Yorkies to go outside do you put the harness over or under the shirt/hoodie. Lucy's dresses have D rings but her t-shirts and hoodies don't?
