coco was the exact same way and i switched his shampoo to an oat shampoo. he still itches but not as bad. so i would try different shampoo's and conditioners and see wich one doesn't give her a reaction. one thing iv'e learned is that yorkies have very sensitive skin. so trying to find what works can be a challenge.
