Showing is not about people..it is about the dog...you do not need any people to show, you do need a dog. I have done it with help and no help, so it is possible. It would icing on the cake for showing to be a sport as it is suppose to be, but get used to what happened to you...it was a walk in the park. I am not minimizing your experince, just pointing out it was a "skinned knee" compared to the removal of major body parts/organs that can happen in the dog world...so go into it for the love of the breed, trust no one 100%, except God, He has been my best friend and helper all these years..no one can get one over on Him...He will always even things out in your favor...

Slowly, you will have people come into your life who will not cut your heart out to get ahead..but these people are few and far between, so do it for the dog, have fun and say or do nothing you would not want to see on the 11Pm News or Good Morning America...best wishes..
