I've had 2 iPods, my current one is a 60G iPod photo. They are still dominating the market. The interface is really userfriendly... SO is the service if you buy it from Apple directly.
For instance, my old iPod quit working one day. I sent it in to Apple and they sent me a BRAND NEW one for free. Well, kind of for free. I had purchased the $50 Applecare warranty plan for it.
The nicest part about iPods, at least for me, is that I also download my calendar onto it. It's like having a PDA to remind you of important dates.
