that the breeder agreed to pay on this surgery was because I took Charlie to an orthopedic surgeon and he said that when he operated, there was no groove for the knee cap to ride in at all, he had to make one, not deepen one that was already there, there for it was proven to be genetic and not due to injury.

Even so a lot of breeders wouldn't have stepped up and paid toward the surgery, she is a special person and very honest and caring. She is a small breeder, and very concerned about the pups she places.
