It's ok for them to have the Frosty Paws in moderation. I wouldn't give them more than 1/4 at once, and not more than 2-3 times a week.
And about Purina, it's not a good brand in general. Their dog food has a lot of fillers, and because yorkies are small and don't eat a lot, they need to get a better, more natural and nutricious kibble.
