I went to a class once and we were all asked to take off our shoes because we were walking on some exercise mats. No one knew before hand. This one guy had so many holes in his socks I could not believe it. It was like more hole than sock. Anyway, everyone laughed when someone yelled out, "look, Joe decided to wear his good socks today" He was so embarrassed. I thought oh he is a young bachelor, but then someone told me he was married. I could not believe his wife didnt throw those socks away. I think the booties are a good idea for someone who might not be prepared, or maybe has a foot odor problem.
