my bff brought me some chocolates that are supposed to be extremely healthy for you. give you energy. and work better than most pain meds at helping you feel better. she brought me a week's supply so i am trying those out. i'm excited. they are really yummy (if you like dark chocolate)
she has been using them for a couple of months and swears by them. her fiance has some kind of arthritis in his hands and he has to take meds every day for it or he is in sheer pain. the meds also make him infertile..or they could cause birth defects...or something along those lines. he quit taking his meds and just eats the chocolates and has felt 100% since starting them.
so...since it is my "time of the month" and i have been having such bad headaches, she thought i should try them.
today is day 1. you are supposed to eat 3 a day and I have eaten 1 so far. I will let you all know how they work for me
supposedly they help you lose weight too!! wooooohoooooooooo
