He doesn't wake up Dh or maybe he does but he won't go out for him. His favourite time is 3am, 6am, 11pm 7pm . It's almost as bad as having kids. I am sleep deprived also. It seems that he's awake all night and sleeps all day. Right now his royal niblet is asleep at my feet and I 'm dragging my bum around. Toto was messing in the house recently but I think he was sick but Dh gave him a little spat on the behind and reminded who was boss around here and the problem stopped . Try shaming him when he does that, most dogs won't foul their beds. They are smart but stubborn little dogs when they want to be.
