Well TECHNICALLY if another YTer goes there and buys it YOU didn't shop there. Someone else did. Then you just buy the item from THEM. Really its no different than if they bought the item then later on decided to clean out their closet and sold it on here and you bought it. The only difference is this way you know it came from there.
