I have the Dell DJ & a Dell computer. I am a computer retard, but I can use it with no problem. I heard if you have a Ipod and have a computer other than an apple you have to buy special software and you don't get much customer service. I have always been very happy with the customer service at dell. Also i did some research on the napster site and it's not all it's cracked up to be. You pay one fee to use there songs. If you end your membership or stop paying you lose the ability to use there songs. I'm not exactly sure how they can make them stop working once they are on you MP3, but it sounds like they can do something of the sort. If you actually want to own the song you have to pay the monthly membership fee plus $0.99 per song. I use MSN to buy songs from because they give you 5 free when you sign up.
