Hi, Duncan and welcome to YT. It could be a myriad of things. Have you changed his food lately, could he have eaten something out in the yard maybe? I'd get him to the vet ASAP. These baby's blood sugar can drop really quickly and your baby could also get dehydrated. The vet can give you a supplement (can't think of the name right now, it's in a tube) that you can give to keep his sugar up. When he can eat a little, try some chicken breast boiled with rice. Others here can give you more advice, but the best advice IMO is to get him to the vet. Let us know how he does.
