Give her puppy dry kibble and no suppliments..these things are very dangerous.
At 5 weeks you can add some extras like cottage cheese..a few bites of American cheese..etc..you can add some canned to the dry, ground chicken/beef..mix well so she eats the dry...feed her 3 small meals a day...After pups add calcuim tabs or TUMS..

I have tried many diets over the years..very complicated, veggies, raw meats, you name it...I have found no difference in health, pups etc then feeding a quality puppy dry like Bil-jac OR Eukanuba.
