It does sound like hypoglycemia, particularly if the Karo stops it....
These tiny ones need to eat every couple of hours, active or not it can occur if she's not eating regularly, the activity will increase the probability of having an episode....I'm glad your where there to take care of it, it can be deadly if left untreated...
