I got them from a breeder. Most people around this area have never heard of a whiteface 'tiel. When the petstore had one they were asking an ungodly price for it because they were trying to say it was "rare".
I got all 4 of my babies for the price they wanted for that one bird and they were all handfed and were very healthy and happy and we haven't had any problems at all. The only time I've had to take them to the vet (other than wellchecks) was when Skye got a seed stuck in his nose and I panicked.
