Hmmm....that is really strange
I have absolutely NO experience with Mac's so I am no help here - surely that has got to be the issue though as normally they upload right away if saved as a .gif
Are you getting an error message of some kind? Or is that the avatar in the pic that she sent you and it just isn't moving/isn't animated?
