Was curious if others have any rule or rules at their home if so would you like to share. I have one rule, actually two they have been a rule in our home forever, I am very much put out when people don't want to abide by it, never a problem with friends and family they all seem to acknowledge it, but it is business people that don't. I have to tell them and I get all kinds of flack concerning the one. Thought it would be interesting to see if others also have any?

I had this happen late this afternoon from a technician and am trying to COOL DOWN from it, yes, it made me I am a very easy going person and don't generally get mad but I do respect other peoples wishes and don't understand when they can't respect mine
