 Puppy mills
How do you tell if someone is running a puppy mill? The place we bought Lilly from seems like one but I don't wanna go pointing fingers and not knowing what I'm talking about. It's really been bothering me though since I've joined here on YT and seen the different posts about them. Help someone? |
