the only problem when making these is that the sock will frey where you cut it most of the time so i reinforce all of my cuts with stitching. also make sure thet you are buying the right size sock...this will likely only work for puppies or tiny dogs. dexter is just over 2 pounds and i think he will grow out of this sweater in a couple weeks.  streatchy material would likely be best so that they can grow with their sweaters! i also added the little pom-poms for some fun
