I can't just let her ruin everything I have because she wants free rein.

I had no choice but to get her a bark collar because my neighbor's were fussing to the landlord about her constant barking. Everyone told me that would fix the problem.

When I first got her, my vet even told me she was stupid and that I would be lucky to even GIVE her away. He said that some dogs are just mentally retarted and she was one of them.
this may just be the most disturbing thing i have ever heard- for her vet to say she is stupid. that is very unprofessional and i suggest u get a new vet. also, i understand ur frustration. it's not easy juggling a baby and a yorkie, that is not even a question. but dogs can sense ur frustration and irritability and ur puppy is probably acting out based on the vibes u are giving off. Perhaps you should do as chachi recommended and try to find her a home where someone with more time and patience can try to train her to be the yorkie she has the potential to be. good luck with her :]
