I think Dolce does that too...it seems she doesnt like to poop in her playpen...she has no problem peeing in there (on the wee wee pad of course), but when I come home from work I have never found poop on it...except maybe once. As soon as I take her out though, she runs to the pad in the living room or den and poops on there. She also has a hard time getting it out when she is trying to go....but its not all the time. If your pup is having a problem every time she tries to go....I would agree with everyone else and bring her to the vet. Maybe her diet needs to be changed.
