aww I bet he was. I had 2 pygmy goats 4 years ago and they were so fun. I would never have tied them up. There necks can break so easily when they get excited and want to run and play. Honey Girl and Otis were our "kids" literally as thats what young goats are
We have a 10x15ft little barn and they had a fenced in area attached to it so they were free to roam. When we were all outside we would let them out and they were so much fun to play with
. When Honey Girl was little about 8 weeks, she used to jump up on my lap when i sat on our porch swing and sleep. She really thought she was part human. Wow guess this is a bit OT! sorry
That just hit me hard due to having them before.
As for the dogs tied up outside of restaurants, thats just mean. Leave your pooch at home if your going to go somewhere they can't go in with you.
