Your Layla looks like a real sweetie! So pretty
Koda will chew and shred all paper he finds too. Especially if he is lucky enough to get the toilet paper, what a mess
As for the coat matting me have thee same thing here. Koda gets bathed 2-3 times a week and brushed daily, but he still mats. I found that the minksheen shampoo has helped though. And now he just got a puppy cut so we are going to try some new things as it is growing out that we didn't know before. but overall, sounds like you have nothing but a cute little Yorkie, doing the things that those cute little Yorkies will do!
