The new ones are completely different, you can read up on them..They actually dissolve in water now, and they don't take half as long to eat...They really worked on getting them to where they were safe for the dogs..Mine love them, and I contribute to giving them, helping my yorkie have such good clean teeth for her age...has never had her teeth brush, and they still look really good at almost 5 years. Read up on the greenies, send for the new one and see what you think..Like I said, the only bad thing is they don't last as long..
