Koda went for his 1st grooming this weekend. When we got there he was really excited and about licked the lady to death, lol! She said he did wonderful. He was a bit hyper at first but about a minute into his bath he settled down and let her do what she needed to. He gets matted so easily I wanted him shorter than what he was. Wellllllll, he's shorter thats for sure.
A bit shorter than I expected and I am not fond of how his face ended up. But since I didn't bring a pic to show her I feel that I can't say much. I know from now on what to do! It is amazing what a huge diff the hair makes. When I put a hoodie on him before we left her it fit him so diff. It used to only fit 1/2 way down his back and now it's perfect. The one thing I love is how he smells! MMMmmmm, lol! He met another Yorkie while he was there named Bella too! Also he has seemed so happy since we got home. Like he is free and has been extremely playful. When I picked him up I made sure to bring along a few treats too. I got a few pics from my cell. The first one is pretty dark. Also the before pic is in my avatar. So you can see the big difference.
