Actually I got it at PETCO in the clearance "manager's special" bins.
I just started going back there since that bad exp we had a while back. I had been going to a place in our town called "Treasures by the Pound" for a lot of stuff but they are pricey. We have a Pet Supplies Plus but they just don't have the selection as PETCO does.
Isn't it cute though!
