Stress plays a MAJOR role on our health that's for sure. I think most health problems comes from being stressed. Certain foods can help with stress, but you also have to make adjustments in your daily life as well. I'm not a bit stressed at home or driving around my own area or even driving north, but boy, get me near LA and on down to San Diego and every muscle in my body is frozen in fear.

I could live in a fast pace area.
