By 6 months you should have a good idea on which teeth are not going to come out on their own. it is VERY common for a pups adult teeth to come in and their baby teeth dont come out. Usually when your pup is spayed these baby teeth will be taken out. Layla's however didn't come in until 8 months and she was spayed at 6 months so she had to go in again and have them pulled out. Try playing a lot of tug of war games to help them get loose and hopefully oyu can get then out on your own.. if not.. no biggie.. i think most pups here have had to have at least one baby tooth pulled.
