She still freely plays with our boston terrier, my oldest lab is terrified of her and the boston so she just heads anywhere but where the little dogs are. Bella does not have free roam of the house and is only running around when she is being supervised, she is still not potty trained all the way. Once she get's older I don't think I will be worried about it in the house but right now she is only 21 weeks and Willow is 1yr so they are still both very playful. I can say this for the big dogs they are less likely to step on her then a person is
