No, not crusty. And have only notice her lick her foot after scratching her ear but not obsessively. Maybe I have gotten a bit of water in her ears at bath time? I have started using cotton balls in her ears at bath time now to avoid that. I wonder if a bit of peroxide in her ear would help?
