The thing is with wheel chairs (I know that is not your aunt's case B.F) the building would have to be built with wider doors and have ramps instead of stairs in some areas and kitchen counters are lower. There are so many rules it is hard to keep up with them all. We only have two of the 40 apts that would work for someone in a wheel chair.
