Thanks so much for the encouragement and support.

Tucker had a play date this afternoon with my Mom's 6 year old yorkie, Jake. I have NEVER seen him play like he did with Jake. He was running and jumping and his little tail was wagging so fast you could barely see it. Now he's back home and he's back to being cautious and shy, but it was still nice to see that side of him. I hope that he is comfortable enough around me and his new surroundings to play like that soon.

I guess this just reaffirms my suspicions that he hadn't had enough human contact. I have a feeling his only interaction with people was when the breeder would feed, bathe, or groom him. It's so sad...I just want to call and yell at her for making him so afraid and not socializing him with people! The poor thing only knows dogs!

I really really appreciate the success stories though. I just need a little reassurance that he will be fine with a little time and patience. Thanks all!
