Bully Sticks are 96% protein and about 1% fat. They are extremely healthy assuming you buy the all natural kind with no additives. I'm not a fan of the "free range" ones because they are not USDA. Plus, I've heard they add bleach to make them "no-odor", but instead I think they have a funky non-beef odor. I'm trying to confirm the bleach thing, but I have purchased them to try and I think they smell funny. The high quality ones (as in, not from Petsmart) tend to have just a mild beef jerky smell that doesn't stink up the whole room. |
