 New yorkie owner
We got our first yorkie puppy 3 weeks ago. Pippin has brought a lot of joy to our lives, but I didn't realize how fragile a yorkie puppy can be. I have to watch him with our older lab mix because he thinks it's ok to try and take Beau's toys, and he's gotten snapped at. Also, we just had a terrible experience outside. My daughter was holding him and he quickly twisted his body to get down and fell out of my daughters arms. It happened 15 minutes ago and we both feel sick to think how quickly he could have gotten hurt. I couldn't part with him now, but if I had it to do over again I don't know if I would have chosen such a small breed. |
