My fiance made me do research for 7 months before we got Princess. I bought books on Yorkies and went to several dog shows. I met some really great breeders to. I talked to all of them on the phone many times to get to know them better. I thought I found one I really liked. David, my fiance, then took me to one more dog show 2 hours away and that is where I met the Ava Tyree, Princess' breeder. I walked up to her and introduced myself (after they showed) and got all her information. David and I drove about 6 hours to get her in Georgia. It was so worth it though bc I am soooo happy we got Princess. Driving was not that bad either. It was actually exciting knwoing you were picking up a new family member. Good luck!!!
