I may add, when you introduce puppy food. Make sure you dilute it with water and first make it almost watery. Then about 4 days later a little less water until they are eating mush like oatmeal. This should last a few weeks. By the time they are 8 - 10 weeks they should be eating dry kibble.
I never use substitute milk only water and Mommy gives them her milk.
