Thanks to all of you for your advice. I also thought 3 weeks or so was too young to start offering other milk/food than Lexie's milk; as I said if they can barely stand up and walk a straight line (LOL), how could they stand long enough to lap at a dish of liquid. We just got back from shopping and bought something like LadyHawk described to attach to the xpen allowing Lexie in and out access to her pups. Yes, I agree that the more experiance I get with raising Yorkie litters, I will know better what to do and expect at these different stages. I just thought it would be a good idea to hear from the experianced breeders here for more accurate estimates on these things geared more towards Yorkies in particular. Thanks again for all your help!
