Zoey's hair went fuzzy once. It was after we went to the beach and she wore a sweat shirt all day. The hair on her head was fine, but where the sweatshirt was, it was fuzzy, dry and looked damaged. I think the shirt rubbed it. After her next trim at the salon she looked much better. Split endz?
