Kalina never jumped the baby gate, she just ate her way right through it!! It was her way of saying she wanted to have full run of the house. And now she does, because she is completely trained at 7 months.
She doesn't act nearly as crazy as your puppy but I think your puppy is normal. There are degrees of craziness with Yorkies.
