okay so my baby girl Cookie just turned four months and will go pee on her pee pee pad but does not poop on it!! Slowly i have been taking her outside to use the restroom out there...She will pee like 5 times (is that normal?) I will praise her if she pee's outside but then she becomes a bratty girl and starts barking up a storm. Then we will sit outside for like 30 minutes..just waitng for her to poop..BUT SHE DOESNT

The moment i bring her inside she will poop in the house. I have caught her eating her poop once before

I just feel like im doing something wrong. Can anyone help with some good ideas because Im at my wits end
