RUE 21. don't know if anyone has one in their city, but I was at the mall today and rue 21 has cute dog stuff usually.

They had the CUTEST hoodies today. i can't remember what it was called (Mr Happyface maybe?) but it was a kids book series from the 80s and they had hoodies with "mr. Messy", "mr. Noisy"... i can't remember the rest of them, but they were cute! Just wanted to give everyone the heads up
