Yes, you're right-they JUST started putting out their Christmas stuff today!! They got it yesterday-it is due to arrive 11/1 ( I used to work at target as a teen!)
They also have halloween stuff on sale 50-75% off-so get your costumes, partyware, and decorations for next year while you're there!!!
