A couple months ago though she developed a urinary tract infection which cost me $300 to treat...and that was just for a little urinary tract infection. She also has LP which I'm really hoping she'll never need surgery for (not bothering her right now) but that could cost $1500 if she does end up needing surgery. I have a friend whose minpin broke its leg jumping from her husbands arms - cost her about $600 to fix. So please make sure you can afford to care for the dog before you get one
--A little off topic-- How was her LP diagnosed? Did she have any particular symptoms or was it found during a routine vet visit?
