Hi, Yep, you have a Yorkie! From what I have heard other Yorkie people say is what (to a Yorkie) "come means go". They are so small what they can get away from you so quickly. Most of the time you want them to do something what they don't want to do.
You can try this, always have a treat for your bab when you call him. It worked for my Sweetie but she is very smart ,only coming so close, to see what I want. It's a game for her.
