Ok, i know a couple of you have legal backgrounds so i have a question for you guys. My parents own a camground here in Albert Lea, MN. Here is the situation. There are seasonal sites (year round) and they were wondering if it would be legal to only allow newer models of rv's because there are people that want to bring in a camper from 1978 and my dad is trying to keep the park looking nice and well that camper doesn't. Would that be discrimination and or illegal. The property is ours and everything, so i don't know. Please Help!
